Award Picnic

We will be having our Awards Picnic this year on June 23rd at Larson Park in Webster Groves.  Here is a map to the park:  http://tinyurl.com/6wvktfh

With the 50th celebration coming up in the Fall, we thought we’d make the awards banquet a bit more casual.  We’ll have Burgers, Dogs, and Beer, and will appreciate it if everybody can bring something to share.

We have the park starting at 1:00, will attempt to have food ready by 3:00, and will do the Award presentations at 5:00.  An RSVP with how many you’re bringing would be nice (for food/beer planning)

Sweet 16!

The St. Louis Bombers have made it to the Sweet 16 that will take place in San Diego May 12th – 13th.

The Bombers have a tough schedule ahead of them as they will face off against San Diego Old Aztecs. If the Bomber win in San Diego they will move onto the National Champion Series in Glendale, Colorado

Here is a bracket for the National Champion Series.

Bombers Alumni Day Bombers vs Ramblers

Just a friendly reminder that we will be celebrating our Alumni this Saturday, April 7th, during and after our matches against the Ramblers.  Schlafly Beer, BBQ and good Rugby shall be provided at no charge.  With weather currently forecasted in the mid 60’s, it figures to be too nice a day to not come watch Rugby – and this time we’re supplying the tasty beverages for you.  Kickoff for the first game is at 1:00 with the second game commencing shortly after the first game finishes.  Come watch the Bombers continue our dominance of St Louis as we march towards the playoffs and begin our 50th Anniversary season.  Beer, BBQ, and Rugby on a beautiful Saturday Afternoon in April, what could be better?, plus it gets me out of going to family Easter.

So in case you’ve never been to the pitch at Creve Coeur Park, here’s a map to where it’s at:  http://tinyurl.com/7qaou5k
